0→1 product builder · Founder
I build products where the problem is messy.
I connect customer reality, business viability, and technical possibility to turn unclear problems into something we can test. My deepest experience is in enterprise internal tools and operational software.
Open to a co-founder role or focused freelance work with early-stage B2B teams.
How I work
Make the next move concrete.
I connect customer needs, business realities, and technical possibilities—then turn uncertainty into a small, concrete test.
-
Understand the problem
Listen to the people closest to it. Bring different perspectives into focus.
-
Find a starting point
Connect what people need with what makes business sense and what’s technically possible.
-
Make it testable
Turn the idea into something concrete enough to learn from.

TechTally — testing a market, not defending an idea.
When a factory retires a working machine, nobody knows what it is worth. So it sits, or sells for scrap. At Beam Berlin, a company builder, I tested a way to value and resell used industrial equipment in close collaboration with BEUMER Group.
35 interviews. End-of-line packaging machines in DACH. A live landing page (techtally.eu) and six real sales cases, but no pattern to build a product on. I set the stop metrics before the first lead came in.
The pain was real, but we did not find a paying market within the test window. We stopped.
Selected work
Enterprise internal tools — building where the complexity lives.
My enterprise work spans CRM, integrations, intranets, workflows, and AI tools. I work between technical teams and business stakeholders to make the system understandable and the next step concrete.
At Endava, I worked on two 0→1 products: an AI-powered internal tool for pre-sales tender creation and a headless CMS API platform, from first line to MVP.

About
I’m an engineer by training and a product builder by choice. I work best with practical, operational problems where customer needs, business questions, and technical constraints need to fit together.
I’d rather ship a test and ask users than write a long document. I set the stop metrics before testing, and I’m willing to stop when the evidence says no.
Side project: uupsi.com—a teletext-style routines app and toothbrush clock for small kids. I keep shipping improvements based on user feedback.
Summers are for blueberries in Finnish forests. I still wish IRC was a thing.
Tell me the messy part.
I’m looking for early-stage B2B teams to join as a co-founder or work with on focused freelance projects. Especially enterprise and internal tools. Berlin, hybrid, or remote.
